One man just figured out the perfect crime.

A German man has been eating his way around the best restaurants of Florence (Firenze) in Italy, without spending any money.
Nicknamed the “serial scrounger,” according to AFP, the man casually dines on expensive steaks and single-malt whiskey and fine wine.
When the bill comes, he sardonically remarks that “Italians will pay” for his meal.
Even though police have arrested Seidler many times for his diner thievery, they can’t seem to charge him for any crime in particular.
Italy’s highest court ruled last year that stealing food off hunger is not a crime.
The decision was made during a case that overturned a charge against a homeless man that stole $4.50 USD (4.07 EUR) of cheese and meats from a shop.
