Put aside your ego for one second and bask in the chill vibes of this dog, who adopted nine ducklings he found wandering about on their ones!
10-year-old Fred – nicest labrador/dog of 2018, if not the decade– has since raised the chicks at Mountfitchet Castle in Essex, England, since their mother vanished off the face of the Earth.
Pictures have emerged taken by the castle manager showing the ducklings chilling on top of Fred at the local tourist attraction. As if things couldn’t get much cuter, the ducks apparently sleep in Fred’s dog basket.

Clearly, this dog knows the drill. Instead of spending his days indoors and wasting his time drinking water and trying to convince his owners he’s a good boy,Fred knows the alpha route is to already be aware of your good-boy status and then test yourself to become even greater, and that’s what he’s done.
