Dolcetto is a type of grape found in the Piedmont region.
Though the name Dolcetto in Italian means little sweet one, the Dolcetto wine is not known for its sweetness, but instead for its dryness and ironically, for its bitter finish.
Most Italian people like to linger at the table, both during and after a meal. Dessert is leisurely and often served with some nice After-Dinner Drinks.
