Italy. A 104-year-old Italian woman in Biella, in the north Italian region of Piemonte, has recovered successfully fromย COVID-19, reports Italian newspaper.

In addition to her advanced age, the recovery of Ada Zanusso is all the more remarkable as 20 other residents at her nursing home did not survive the virus.
Born in 1916 and originally from Italy’s Veneto region, “Nonna Ada” had been in good health but chose to live in the Residenza Maria Grazia, near Biella, after breaking her hip several years ago.
In mid-March, after days of being severely ill, tests confirmed that she had tested positive for Coronavirus – with her family not permitted to visit her She has since made a full recovery however and can’t wait to see her family again.
