Mr. and Mrs. Kuroki are here to teach you everything you need to know about love. They have been married since 1956, and live on their small dairy farm in Japan. Mr. Kuroki and his lady spent thirty years working on their farm.

Things didn’t work the way they planned. Mrs. Kuroki developed diabetes and lost her vision at 52. She was depressed and unwilling to hang out with other people. The poor lady didn’t want to have anything to do with the outside world.
The only thing Mrs. Kuroki loved was her husband and the small garden of pink shibazakura (moss phlox) flowers. Her beloved husband decided to plant the flowers all over their farm. He really wanted his lady to feel the scent of the flowers. He knew that the magical flowers would bring joy to her.
Mr. Kuroki marked the pats across the farm so she could enjoy her long walks. He even cut down trees to have more space for his wife’s favorite flowers.

Today, this farm looks like a museum of love. Mrs. Kuroki enjoys her walks and meets new people. Yes, her husband found the perfect way to make her smile again.
