Rome Airport as Fiumicino has achieved a new record for the quality of its services, with a score of 4.46 out of 5 scale set by Airports Council International (ACI).
Among Fiumicino’s services most appreciated by passengers are the electronic gates (e-gates) as well as the airportโs general comfort, staff courtesy, clarity of public information, and waiting time at security checks.
The recognition for Rome’s main airport is the latest in aย string of awardsย for Fiumicino which earlier this year was rated Europe’s best airport with over 25 million passengers, for the second consecutive year.
