Healthy and colorful fun summer salad!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups lettuce, 1/4 cup sliced red onion, 1/4 cup green olives, pitted, 1/2 cup red cherry tomatoes (then sliced), 1/2 cup orange cherry tomatoes (then sliced), 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup artichoke (then sliced), 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, Oil, and vinegar dressing


Directions:
1. Add lettuce to the salad bowl.
2. Add each of the additional vegetables.
3. Add grated parmesan cheese.
4. Add fresh parsley.
