New Earthquake (2.8R) hits Sicily today – The epicenter was Etna Voclano

An earthquake was recorded recently in Sicily. The tremor, of magnitude 2.8, occurred at 17.00. The earthquake had its epicenter in Catania, while the hypocenter was located at a depth of 20.4 km. The epicenter was on the Etna volcano.
Yesterday Sicily was also rocked by 6 small Earthquakes. Slight tremors between night and dawn in the Sannio and in the Perugia area. In the early afternoon, a series of 6 earthquakes in Sicily, in the Palermo area. Below you will find the list with all the shocks recorded in Italy today 2 December 2019 with a magnitude greater than 2.0 on the Richter scale (according to the “schedule, epicenter and magnitude” scheme).
There is no damage to people or things. Instrument shocks will not be inserted, with magnitude less than 2.0 on the Richter scale, except for extremely superficial events and therefore felt by the population.
